1. What is your pricing model?

Marvin is offered on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis via a subscription model.  Users can pay either monthly or annually.  The price is per user.  We offer a 10% discount on annual plans

2. Do you offer a free trial?

All Marvin plans offer a 14 day free trial to make sure that Marvin is the right tool for you and your business

3. What is included in the free trial?

All of the functionality of the selected plan is available on the free trial.  The trial is limited to a single user on that plan.  Subsequent users will be charged immediately

4. How does your pricing scale with usage?

Our pricing is designed to be flexible and accommodating to your needs as your business and needs grow. We offer several pricing tiers to ensure you get the most value out of our service:

  1. Starter Plan: Ideal for individuals, this plan offers a fixed monthly fee with a no usage limits. We offer publishing to Social Channels only.  The plan is designed for single users only and does not support features such as authorisation.  Reporting functionality is also limited
  2. Professional Plan: Geared towards growing businesses and more demanding individual users.  This is designed to support multiple users within the same business and is our most popular plan.
  3. Business Plan: Tailored for larger organizations and high-demand users, our Business plan also adds AI content creation functionality.
  4. Enterprise Plan: Our most advanced plan which adds the ability to define your own content creation workflows and authorisation steps.

5. Is there a minimum contract period?

At Marvin, we believe in giving our customers the flexibility they need to make the best choices for their business. Therefore, we do not impose a minimum contract period on our subscriptions.

We offer our services on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to pay as you go and giving you the freedom to adapt to your evolving needs. This means you can start, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time without being tied to a long-term commitment.
